my brother made this fake thing which looks real the first time i saw it. I don't know how he did it though

I hardly believe this is physically possible. I say this because 1) I help maintain computers and go a bit of computer programming and not once has this been reported ever. 2) There is a website in which you can make these "error" messages or you can make a program that does this, which is really simple. 3) It's Photoshopped. I can tell because in the white space of the left corner there are splotches with normal dialogue boxes.

You're a 15-year-old American citizen that doesn't know what Photoshop is?
I find that hard to believe that you don't know what it is but being in possession of such an expensive program is more understandable. You could have also use MS Paint or Gimp or SAI for all I know. Any of those could manipulate images.
